As we have a limited number of candidates (6-7) that we can recruit for each program year - based on the number of sponsors we have - interviews are held with all applicants to get to know them better and to help inform the selection process in a more meaningful way than just from the application forms.

About the Interviews:

• They are friendly and nothing to fear. This is just the panel’s chance to get to know you better.

• There is no studying required or skill testing questions. This is mainly an opportunity to share why you applied and why you would like to be part of the program.

Interviews will be held the afternoon of Sunday, November 29 (times to be confirmed). Applicants will be notified by email by November 25 of their interview time and by December 2 whether they have or have not been selected as a 2027 candidate.
